Cancellation Policy

We get it: Life happens. Here’s our standard, no-surprises cancellation policy.

One of our top priorities is ensuring that you can book convenient appointments that fit your schedule, and start and stop when they’re supposed to. Last-minute changes and no-shows from other patients can make it impossible to do so. To make sure that we can keep the office running smoothly for you and everyone else, we use a standard cancellation policy across all of our visits.

If you no-show for an appointment, or cancel or reschedule your visit within 48 hours of the start time, then we’ll collect 100% of the service fee for the appointment using the payment information we have on-file for you.
