Before you join us at the practice, we’ll ask you to share your insurance information so that we can confirm what type of coverage you can expect from your plan for our services. Any time we prescribe treatment, we’ll give you a clear breakdown of what we estimate your insurance will cover, and what you’ll be responsible for out of pocket.

We accept PPO dental plans from all the major insurance providers, including:

• UnitedHealthcare

And more. We’re considered “out-of-network” with every insurer, so the coverage rates for our practice may be different than for “in-network” offices.
